I complained via there website and sent an email and posted on there facebook about the fact that for second time they have incorrectly billed me. I took a contract out for R149 a month inclusive of BIS and they keep charging me R162. The first time they credited it, now once again they are doing the same thing. I have a binding contract that I signed for R149, the consumer act should know how you try take avantage of your customers. They keep saying they will either get back to you with in 48 hrs or close of business well they don't!!! I wish i could cancel my contract with cell c and go somewhere else. I have contract with Autopage and have never had any problems with them.
Cell C dont care about the customer service, they just want take your money???
