Billing data charges against airtime

In the past, when my data was nearing depletion, you would send me a warning sms to inform me that charges will now be against my airtime. For some reason I haven't been getting any warning sms's. As a result, I have recently lost a lot of airtime because I wasn't aware that my data had been depleted and you were now deducting from my airtime.
I need to highlight to you what your competitors are doing;
Telkom Mobile sends me multiple warnings as my data gets depleted. For e.g. I have recently received a warning that I've hit 500MB, and Telkom Mobile will continue to send this every time I hit a certain threshold. This is an impressive service!
I hope you understand that this is a breaking point for me and many other data buyers, and if I'll be losing airtime like this I'd rather switch to other service providers.
