Poor service all round

Two weeks back I went to MTN branch at Centurion mall to open a contract account and the guy who helped me promised me that on Friday he will contact me with regards to when I can come back to the store if my contract has been approved so I waited until last week when I realised that they are not calling me, I went back to the store and i was assisted by this other guy called Daine if I am not mistaken and he went to check my documents which were still unattended so then he promised me he will call the following morning told me that the follow up with the manager and that he will call me at 10am on Thursday (22-08-2013) which I waited in vain, so I tried calling the store on the number that he gave me and they were not working, I have to say that MTN services as I have tried in many MTN stores but with no success.
