Brought Sony hifi for repairs n not back in 4 mnth

My Sony hifi got technical problem n returned it to the shop for repairs. Was promised to get it back in 21 working days. To date nothing has happened. I called the store n was given empty promises. I called the manager Ms Madi who promised to investigate and then come back to me in vain. i also went in store and was first helped by Sipho then by Lydia - all in vain. it is now the middle of fifth month and still paying for the radio. I also contact rainbow finance complaining (e-mail) in vain. Desperate . please help.
