Ejected vouche

I received a voucher from edgars for red carpet sale ended 30/11/2013. when i made a purchase at store on 30/11/2013 at one of their stores, cashier who assisted me refused my voucher and said is only for club members whereas is stipulated that is also for thank you cardholders. i contacted their customer service department the following week and store credit manager contacted me back to get full information. he promised to call me back with feedback but he never did. on monday 9/12/2013 i contacted them again and they promised to get hold of store so that they can give me feedback and they never gave me feedback. on wednesday i contacted customer service department i spoke to lady in the name of buntu for the first she said to me i must hold on she was gonna check for me, since i hold for more than 20 minutes and my airtime cut me off. i called for the second time and spoke to dineo who promised to contact the store and come back to me and in few minutesbut she never did. i am really tired of wasting my money for calling them whereas this was not my mistake but lack of knowledge for their staff members
