Worst service ever!!!

After finding out that a upgrade was done on my husbands line when we eventualyy complained about it took Cell C over 2 weeks to get this sorted out and still had the nerve to tell us to go and get an affidavit in order for them to investigate yet the fault was on their side. Eventaully after numerous e-mails to Ruth, it was sorted out and she advised us that we can do an upgrade on the line and after speaking to a few call centre agents from upgrades telling us we can upgrade to any handset of our choice now when we finally decide to upgrade the line and still trusting Cell C even after messing up the account we get told oh we only qualify for a handset with a tariff of R50.00 per month. Funny enough the initial contract was R149.00 and when they migrated the line to a higher package all was fine even the apperent vetting and no questions asked but yet now its a major problem!!! HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT??? been a Cell C client for years and this is the service we get... its pathetic! to say the least!!
