Over promising and under delivering

I have waited for my phone as I have done an upgrade three weeks back. the phone has been delivered but had to go back because MTN has put in the wrong details twice. Thus could not get the phone. I was mugged and have no phone so i did an upgrade. A lot of ppl have the MTN number and that no. has a lot of airtime. I was also charged for a phone I do not have. I still wait for a manager to call me as per my request. When I enquired was also given different information. this is a real inconvenience.
