Hi there,

It's very ironic that a customer will ONLY get proper services once they either escalate an issue to senior management or through this medium.

I tried applying for an FNB credit card on Fri 7/26/2013 4:00 AM also through the online service. After completing the online form and submitted, I got the message "We were unable to approve your application, due to some criteria not being met". I also got a reference number B7PGWSTZ for the application and was referred to contact [Email Removed] which I did. Until date, I haven't received any email confirmation or response from [Email Removed] I then logged a query on the 7th August through online web services and got a reference number 317565600. I was referred again by to follow up my query directly with [Email Removed] have again send emails to [Email Removed] and heard nothing from them. Honestly, what is the point of asking customer's to log queries if no one is going to respond?

May I request someone follows up on my application and provide me with some feedback?
