Good day
I am really dissatisfied with the Elite Mobile Company, I placed an order on 15 May and am still waiting for it. 12 WORKING DAYS ALREADY! Can you please assist me? I really feel that I am not being regarded as a valued customer. Everytime I speak to a consultant he/she just tell me that it will be delivered the following day. Today I used Live Support and an agent said I will be receiving my order today, and I also phoned right after that and spoke to a consultant only to hear from that consultant that I will only be receiving my order sometime next week. I really feel bad and my excitement for receiving my new phone is completely gone! its been almost 3 weeks now. I have sent more than one email and have received NO feedback at all! Please can you assist me? WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG!!! Is the delivery time not 5-10 working days???
