Lines cut while no monies owing

ALL THREE of my contract lines were cut late last night AGAIN, despite there not being a cent owed on my account. The call centre was hopeless, just repeating that the amount I paid on 31 July shows as outstanding and there is nothing they or I can do..!

This morning has not brought any results either. I have emailed my proof of payment to someone who said they would get back to me right away with a case number and feedback, but of course NOTHING, no feedback. I have also emailed her my statement, which Telkom Mobile itself sent to me, clearly showing no amounts owing.

So now I'm just expected to sit and wait, cut off from the world and my business, until someone somewhere decides to fix your stuff up???

This after I just earlier this same month renewed two of my contract lines? Is this any way to treat a customer who you make a few thousand rand from each month?

How the #$%^& do you just cut of someone's link to the rest of the world when there isn't even anything owing, without even giving a person a chance to show you your mistake?

This is now the THIRD time that this has happened. I have a very good mind to complain to ICASA.
