Fraudently opened contract

I received a message from NuDebt that Im in breach of contract with telkom 8ta Mobi and Im R574.27 on the 10-01-14. I phoned same time and I was told to go the police station and make a affidavit stating i have no contract with the cellphone company of which I did. The following day i took the copy of my id with the affidavit to the telkom mobile store in menlyn and the guy there scanned and emailed the documents to the department. I phone now and then for follow up and there's no feedback on their system. Since they opened the case nothing is happening while im busy getting legal sms that im owing them. I really dont know what to do anymore.
