Telkom Mobile / 8ta just managed, FOR THE SECOND MONTH IN A ROW, to suspend my account while I am completely paid up and don't owe them a cent. The people at the so called 'Service' centre can see that I owe nothing on my account but they just tell me that they can do nothing about it. That's NOT service!!!
Between the three lines I have on that contract and the prepaid lines that the kids use there are six lines that you make thousands of rands from every month, yet you manage to keep on automatically cutting me off because you cannot be bothered to have an updated system TEN DAYS after you received my payment???
So you leave my entire family without phones for the weekend, again. I'll be looking at other service providers on Monday. And I am most definitely holding you liable for any damages we suffer as a result of not being able to make a call.
