BAD CERVICE

I went to the store on Sunday to submit that my Cellphone was to start the process of blacklisting, I have been phoning since Monday to get the ITC number, only to phone the call center to be informed that Autopage only faxed the forms through on Tuesday at 15:00pm??? That was about the time I phoned them to follow up for the second time on the Tuesday. It takes 24 working hours ( - 2 and a half days). Seeing they have been lying to me since Monday, how long am I going to wait for a phone once I have all the forms submitted to the insurance company!
