I have been dealing with MTN customer service and rention for the past 02/08/2013. I had reported that my bill is just way too much. I have WIFI at work and home that i connect my cell, meaning my data is always off and unused. Only to find that they have allowed Kulaville a subcription to deduct R171. a month. i was not aware of who they are and that they have been deducting from my account illegaly. they have now returned the money they have deducted. I have been call and emailing MTN to plz give me a cancellation balance so that i pay what i owe them and cancel my contract with them. this has been going on almost a month now, and no body is willing to take responsibility and help me. i'm really mad and want nothing to do with MTN. everytime i call or email, i get told that retention will respond to my query, have never responded to me. I phone and spoke to one of the consulted who promised to email the cancellation procedure, its 3 and half weeks now and still i have not been contacted. i have been with MTN for over 10 yrs and this has been the worst experience a bunch of individuals have ever displayed to me. They are very good at passing the buck, and not actually helping.
