MTN refuses to fix my 2 month old phone

I bought a Samsung S3 from MTN in May, in July the phone stopped working and i took it in for them to have a look. a small crack was seen on the corner of the screen. Repair centre called me and told me that the phone is repaired except for the physical damage which will cost R1289.00. i told them i don't want the scratch fixed if the phone works that's all that matters to me. they returned the phone two times and both times the pone is still not working. i have been very patient with MTN with this matter for about a month now and still don't have any results. The phone in question is brand new I only got it in May 2013 and already I am having hassles with it. Mtn clearly doesn't value me as a customer after being with them for over 8 years now and this is the thanks i get for my loyalty to them. If they don't fix my phone or replace it then i will cancel my contract and take my business to another service provider who will value me as a client.
