Whats the issue now African Bank? my account has been handed over to my employer for garnsh? because i am not paying my accounts and its in arreas? i have been with you for the past 8 years, never in my life have i missed payments, only 2 months ago, i missed a payment because i requested to change my banking details and 2 of my accounts where changed and 1 payment reversed and when i checked on my bank statement payment was not debited by you, i made contact to find out the issue and was told payment bounced and that was because you did not change my banking details, there after i made a payment arrangement, after speaking to 10 people about making payment arrangment to confirm if it will be be processed and only to find out from the 9 people i spoke to non of them actioned my request, the 10th person did, and you guys have debited on the 25th as per arrangment, so now what is the issue, my file has been sent to DMC/DCM for my employer to garnish without my knowledge that am in arreas?
