Payment arrangements

Good day,
Truworths account has fallen behind on normal monthly installments due to personal problems. A payment arrangment of R500 was made, and this arrangement is being honored by us!!! attempting to pay and keeping to our side of arrangement is what can be afforded and promise kept by us as consumer, not hiding or ignoring payment!! Now my mother keeps on getting phone calls and everytime someone else, Some being very rude and now demanding her bank account number for Debit Order?? payments are made every month before the 1st of every month.arrangement wad made and promise kept on our side, so why calls up to 3 times a day?? some of which is rude??
