Unauthorized Debit

On Saturday, the 29 July 2013, I was debited an amount of R 2200 from ABSA Personal Loan Department, which was not authorized by me, as I have made an arrangment to pay cash for the past six past months, as I am unemployed. I was however told this morning by one of the consultants, that they did debit my account to an amount of R 2200, as I am in arrears??? and I have spoken to several people at the loan arrangment department and get different stories every single time!!! First I never made an arrangement, then they can see i made the arrangement??? I think this really comes from incompetant employees and makes me want to change my bank in future!!!
