Network Problems and Bad Attitudes

I got a contract with Cell C at the beginning of January - and I can not stress this enough but to say that i have had NON-STOP problems! I have got a blackberry, and from the very beginning my phone would go through time periods where i cannot send ANYTHING, or receive ANYTHING! The time would vary from half and hour to up to 2 or 3 hours! (sometimes more) It would happen consistently, usually AT LEAST once a day! Not to mention my internet, which is too slow and doesn't have enough connectivity to download basic applications like 'Watts App' or 'BBM'.

I have complained COUNTLESS times, and of course gone into Cell C to inquire how it can be fixed, or at least improved. Every time I phone in, I have been told to do various things - none of which work, and have also been told the situation will be followed up - and never once did that happen! On the last occasion I went into Cell c, i was treated with an 'I don' really care' attitude and in general did not feel like they made any effort whatsoever to offer any advice on what to do next, or how to possibly fix the problem.
I am at a loss as what to do next, and feel like I have not been taken seriously.
