Cell C slow network

No Cell C.Residence of Humewood Port Elizabeth have complained on numerous occasions about the bad reception and slow internet access. Even though we have your fastest (HSDP) and the black dongle, it is only possible to receive HSPA or Edge on the cell C network. To make things worse every time a Plain descends towards the Airport the cell C connection is disconnected. Humewood is not even that close to the airport.
Why does the Vodafone and MTN wireless dongles give no problems at all. And they reach much faster speeds then your 1.2 kbps reception in the area.
So it takes you almost a year to download one month's cap?! This complaint was send to Cell C call centre and numerous employees at Greenacres Cell C shop. Even Hello Peter complaints from the past is ignored.
The last time we did get a "we will contact you message" and we are still waiting.
If Vodacom and MTN can do it, what's wrong with Cell C? Maybe the they still work in kbps like the internet we experience in Humewood.
