Upgrade nightmare

On Sunday I went to MTNs clearwater mall branch to upgrade my phone. Upon recieving the upgrade I was not informed that I was unable to transfer a large portion of my credit (R600 out of R1600), or that I would lose any bundles bought with loyalty points (850mb of data)- In fact I was not informed that anything would change. I still have not heard anything about getting this airtime and data back even though I was told it would take less than 24 hours. Upon arriving home I realised that the staff at MTN had sent me Blackberry BIS settings instead of the reqired LTE settings for Nokia Lumia 920. Upon further inspection of the phone I realised that the firmware on the phone would not update (this was later confirmed to me by the technical staff at the MTN shop). When I returned to the shop to change the phone I was offered an OBF until the staff noticed a small scratch or nick on the top of the phone. At best they would offer to send my less than 24 hour old faulty phone for repairs- without a loan phone. As a customer of MTN for over 10 years I am appalled at the service I have recieved from MTN and plan on cancelling the contract if this situation is not rectified immediately.
