MTN Blackberry upgrade nightmare

On the 10th August 2013 I upgraded my contract, and took the Blackberry Z10 from MTN Cresta. I was informed that if there are any issues with the phone I should take it to MTN within 7 working days. The phone had issues so I contacted MTN support on 0831808 and they told me to take it to an MTN branch to get a new one, On the 16th I took it to MTN in Rosebank as it is convenient, and I was told that they will not accept it I have to take it to Cresta. Today I took the phone back and was told that I will not receive a new phone and I will not be given a loan phone. This has greatly inconvenienced me as the phone was faulty from the moment I received it. I requested to cancel my upgrade and my contract altogether but the incompetent staff there told me that this cannot be done as they firstly have to book the Z10 in for repairs. I am now phoneless and cannot perform my core work duties... I have received nothing but terrible customer courtesy from MTN. While I was there two other people were there for the same issue, their Blackberry Z10 devices were hardware faulty. I greatly regret upgrading to the Z10 with MTN.
