Iphone 5 pre-ordered, no delivery - Report 5

This refers to the previous 4 reports on Hellopeter, indicating appaling service with regards to a pre ordered Iphone5 in the beginning of Dec 2012 from Cell C. Since my first report in Dec, I'm sad to say that nothing has changed, apart from receiving empty promises. I now feel obliged to take this case to the next level, which will be reporting it to Beeld [Email Removed] I feel that the reason stated of not having stock, is insignificant, as a few of my friends received their iphones during the previous week (from other service providers). Im of the opinion that Cell Cell C can, if they WANT to, source an Iphone 5 16 gb from other sources, or give a 32 gb model in the absense of a 16 gb model, to retain their customers. I hope that I dont have to refer this matter to the National Consumer Commission to get some sort of service out of Cell C. As mentioned in my earlier report I will keep posting negative publicity within the next 5 days if not sorted out
