In April 2013 I went into my local 8ta Branch to cancel my contract that expired in May 2013.
By June 2013 My account was still debited. In early July I started Corosponding with Tepee Magalane. Where an email was sent off to Ann Alberts/Retention imploring them to resolve the issue.By the 26th of July, no responce was received.

I shudder to think how many people have been wrongfully black listed, had their credit ruined and their lives compromised. I task you to challenge your accounting departments to resolve on your end. Clearly incompetence runs amok therein.
