What is the point of the responses from 8ta on Hello Peter. I have now put forward three complaints of exactly the same problem. I have been phoning the call centre as well. The person who answers the complaints keeps saying they will attend to the problem - NOTHING TO DATE HAS BEEN DONE. I have paid my account fully a week ago to the end of the month to facilitate my porting out but I cannot speak to anyone whop can help me. Whoever I speak to says they will send an e-mail to the responsible department. This is where everything ends. For heavens sake just give us a little bit of servicer. Before someone says go in to the shop - the reaction there is exactly the same - "We will send an e-mail to the responsible department" Nobody seems able to do anything and attempts to speak to someone higher up in any department is not allowed. we are only allowed to speak to staff who are unable to action anything!!! HEEELLLPPPPPPPPPPP!!!
