Expensive internet for a slow service

Last year, I applied for the 1mbps uncapped ADSL line, and for the past 1 year. My internet has been billed R636.80 in which the internet claim to be R486.00

Not only am I paying so expensive, but my internet is ls slow, the fastest upload speed occurs from 2am-7am and then it so slow that it takes nearly 15 minutes to upload a web browser. Your internet is unreliable and the service is pathetic and disgusting
