Unhappy no feedback

Hey there
Firstly im not here to bad mouth Altech Autopage here goes my story
ive send my laptop in for repairs i booked it in by the eastrand mall branch, customer service there was terrific i have no complaints about their staff and management for they are the only ones that can actually inform me with this unfortunate situation
Since ive booked it in 5 months ago. i have made approximately 15 calls to the complaint department where as i always get the same feedback (your laptop is still at the repairs department)
what really irritate me about this situation is that i make this calls and its a shared rate call which mean i pay to get the service i don't even get no staff has phoned me back regarding my complaint they keep telling me they would but still no one has, since i use this laptop for extra income i was adamant to get it back as soon as possible but here i am 5 months later and still no feedback and no laptop and a lack of income
Why is it that you have to pay for something i cant even use its unacceptable
this matter should have been resolved or a replaced unit were to be given
