My mother purchased a sleeve for my Galaxy S4 mobile from this little shop. I wasnt happy with the product and tried to return the product the next day under my rights constituted by the Consumers Act. I was informed that this shop does not provide refunds.

I spoke with the owner today on the phone who was extremely rude raising his voice immediately stating that my mother phoned me from the shop and that I indicated that I wanted the cover. This is 100% irrelevant as consumers have by law a right to return a product within 7 days for a full refund should they not be entirely satisfied with the product.
