Pathetic Service from Autopage

I have never dealt with any company before that places so little value on their existing clients. Their call centre employees treat you with contempt and disrespect; you are given the run around and nobody actually listens to what you are saying.

I requested the cancellation of one of my contracts with them and had to deal with Leanda, Innocenture, Bianca, Vusi, Shadrack and least 2 or three others whose names I did not note, with particularly bad service from Bianca.. She should never be allowed to work frontline and interface with clients in any business. Each time you have to explain the whole story to them. Then they insist you never contacted Autopage and your last communication was 6 months ago, then they insist you never gave notice for cancellation etc. etc. etc. Submitting a service request via their webpage is a waste of time; you receive and automated reply stating that somebody will call you in 24 hours, but it does not happen.

I still have other contracts with them. As soon as the contract period expires, I will be cancelling as well. Autopage does not deserve my business.
