Galaxy & Co refuses to refund

On 15/04/2013 I went to Galaxy to return watches my mother had bought on 09/04/2013. As per the sales persons advice my mother could return the watches in original state with invoice within 7 days. On the 15th I was told that the shop (Bloemfontein Waterfront) did not have sufficient cash in the drawer and they could not refund me by credit card. The manager ensured me they would phone me when they have funds. I was phoned on 17/04/2013 just before 18:00 to quickly come. I was out of town at a client and unable to go. From this time to 20/05/2013 I had not received a call again. On the 20/05/2013 I went back to the shop with the watches and again the manager did not want to assist me. On the contrary I got a bad attitude. As at today, 30/05/2013, I still haven't been phoned. Truly disappointed. Please assist to whom I can speak that will be able and willing to help
