I purchased a 2kg Omo Auto from a retail outlet 4 days ago. When doing the washing I noticed a very bad smell and realised that it was the Omo washing powder. I immediately stopped using the product as my entire house reeked of this smell. As I did not have the till slip of the shop where I purchased this product from I could not return it and decided to contact Omo's call centre. The lady who answered the phone was not helpful at all and just told me that they had changed the perfume in the product and they were not going to do anything about my problem or change the perfume back until they had more complaints. So what am I to do? I am stuck with a product that I do not like, and not by choice, but because of Omo changing a raw material in the product. Why change something if it works and have unhappy consumers when you do change it. No apologies were made, no alternative solutions were given, just to dispose of it if I do not like it. Now that is what I call bad service!
