Autopage can't fix scary bill, & cancels insurance

After being shafted with a huge bill a month after upgrading my phone contract for another 2 years & taking up a Blackberry Z10 in May 2013, despite clear evidence that data was not activated, & as per the telephone call recordings the Autopage Call Centre Agent ignorantly misled me that the contract for the Z10 was exactly the same as that of Blackberry Torch (i.e. BIS and internet) when it wasn't, I found myself going back to hand back the Z10 as some of its functionality (SMS, etc.) stopped responding. Again, as per usual misleading, Autopage claimed that the fault was a de-activated data switch on the MTN network for my contract, & so re-activated it (& that the phone should be fine in 24 hrs). This was false, the phone remained dysfunctional. It was then booked in for repairs instead of being replaced, despite it being only 6 months old! I was given a courtesy phone. On enquiry if the courtesy phone was insured, or my insurance would cover it, I was horrified to learn from Autopage that I didn't have insurance, & that I'd pay for the Z10 repairs & the courtesy phone if lost/damaged. Guess what, Autopage had cancelled the insurance instead of updating it! Clumsy!! Trust them???
