Asked for escalation, nothing happening!!!

I have had a complaint with TelkomSA for some time now and it has not been resolved to my satisfaction. On 19 August I emailed gavin Strydom to ask for it to be escalated to his superior, but his mailbox was full! I subsequently forwarded the request to Viola Mohaso.

I have still not received any feedback. Is this how Telkom deals with consumers?!?!
