I contacted cell C complaining when making outgoing calls I need to dial the NR 2 or 3 times, because I can not hear them the line is dead but I get charged for that calls. On receiving calls the same they phone me back 2 or 3 times the line is dead both sides and they get billed on their side when making calls.
I phoned 3 times for the same problem and every time they tell me set settings on my phone but the problem is not resolved. This is getting out of hand because my cell phone account is high. I was told to complete a Network problem Investigation sheet on 16/08/2013 and send back to [Email Removed] and Khanyisile Ndlazi at 084 194 4000, no feedback on what they going to do.
Another email was send on 23/08/2013 NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED. It's not the handset and not the simcard this was tested already...

WHEN ARE WE GOING TO GET ASSISTANCE.
