Called logged with Telkom 10210 on the 16th August 2013 for no Internet connectivity. Fault ref: 680CRK060913

No feedback and Telkom closed the call as resolved.

Escalated on the 9th September 2013, ARS ref 233595, still not resolved.

This is now beyond a joke, I want a refund for August and this must be resolved by COB Monday 16th August
