12 December 2012 I called Vodacom and notified them that even though I cancelled my sms bundles in November 2011 they are still charging me for the service and I need them to reimburse me. I cancelled this at Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg after my phone was and I upgraded to a Blackberry and knowing that I will use BBM I cancelled the sms bundles. (500 sms bundles). After couple of phone calls I was notified that it will go to creditors and be dealt with end December, in January when I noticed nothing was done, I called again and they requested me to call again after the 5th. When I called again nothing was still done about this and this will not be taken care off end January which means I will only be reimbursed end February, if ever. I had a contract with Vodacom since early 2002 and the one time I needed them to do something other than billing me, I don't get any joy.
