I followed the procedure with my no signal problem from February 2013. Mtn send a company to install a antenna, this made no difference as there is no signal where is stay, they then contact me and said that they cant help me and if i wanted to they will cancel this contract free of charge, this happened in July, I asked the consultant how long this would take and he confirmed that this would happen in 2 days. on the 2nd of August i complained again on facebook and then Michelle who manage this page said that the network guys confirmed that this would be cancelled the next week. ive been fighting for 8 months, in this 8 months i have paid - R2000 for nothing, and still its not canceled. So they drag this out to get as much of my money as they knowing that there is no service after telling me they cant do anything for me at the moment. I classify this as steeling. should i just keep quiet and pay this contract full term and then cancel it as i don't think mtn actually cares for there customers.
