I took a contract with Autopage in April and the salesperson was new and didn't know the proper procedure. I was with autopage, mtn network and my contract was ending on the 5 April 2013. I was asked to come in a few days earlier if i wanted to remain with autopage but move to the cell c network. I went in on the 2 April to the cresta branch and the sales person was incompetent and absolutely rude. She canceled my contract instead of just porting my no. I then went to the Randburg branch and Bryan helped me and canceled the cancellation of my contract because i was just doing an internal port. This took almost three weeks to rectify. I had told Tertius I want to cancel the contract because it was taking to long. He then told me he will have it up an running by the beginning of the following week. He then said he will give me a months free subscription due to all the inconvenience. I get billed when its suppose to be free and there is some extra charge as well. I went in on 23 May to find out what happened to the free subscription for May and then i get an email stating that the credit went in to late and i will have to be billed for the month. I want to cancel my contract.
