BAD Service!!!

On Thursday I applied for a new contract with Vodacom, for the Galaxy S4 on Smart S. I did my application online. I received an sms with reference number on Thursday just after 1pm, saying that my application has been approved. On Friday morning I spoke to a lady who confirmed that my order has gone through and I will be receiving my new phone on Monday- delivery next working day if confirmed before 12pm as advertised online as well. Today, Monday, I phoned to follow up on my order. To my disappointment, the order has only been confirmed on Friday afternoon after 4pm!!! I then phoned the complaints line, same line as the activation of a sim. I followed the voice command for raising dissatisfaction. I told the lady how displeased I am and told her how I am a retail manager and I also deal with customer service. And one of the most important rules is, to never to a customer. She had a bad attitude of interupting me the whole time with: "Ma'am, ma'am..". Ending it with: "But its not my fault". I know it's not her fault, I am just phoning to raise my dissatisfaction, and followed the voice commands to do so... Just so she can tell me I have been redirected to the wrong person!
