Mtn insurance dep ur service sickens me

Got a contract fone with mtn a samsung galaxy s3, around April 2013 appreantly my credit wasn't enough for insurance so i was told i would have to sign up with something else. During my welcome call to mtn I was offered insurance of which I gladly took up. On the 24th -08-13 I was mugged. First thing the Monday morning I went to the mtn store n they booked in my fone for repairs two weeks later wen I went for follow up was told that they couldn't repair I hv to submit my insurance forms myself cause getting thru to the insurance dep was almost impossible. The second week of Sep was my first attempt of submitting the forms n all other doc required. I've been trying to get hold of them since then but no luck. I call the mtn customer care but no one is assisting me. Its almost three months nw without a fone but I have been paying these people but yet I don't hv a proper fone too use. The call center always promises to get someone to call me yet. For the past month or two that's all iv heard. M now getting tired of the story I can't take it no more. M now sick of the service given to me, so quick to debit the installment every month but m not getting any feedback what so ever.
