MTTN! What A Waste!!!

I am truly disgusted with the service level from MTN.

I have given my phone in 3 time already for repairs with the same issues and i keep getting a refurbished phone but nothing serious is being done about it and when i call head office they say they cant do anything which is a really pathetic thing to say to a contract customer. That just made me more furious as i was being transferred around to people who have no telephone manners and who cant even communicate in English properly.

Eventually i was told that a refurbished phone was dispactched for me roghly around the 13th of June and today i called to find out the the status of it and was told it has arrived. When i asked when did it arrive they said they dont know and dont keep record of it. Now this is very starnge as you cannot recieve goods without signing for it and entering it onto the system. When i asked why i wasnt contacted to collect my phone i just heard silence on the phone.

I am truly frustrated with this network and their horrible service standards. I cannot wait for my contract to end and give my business to another company who will appreciate my business.
