CELL C: Sipho contacted me, I received the R114, 00, but not the R43.83, why did they subtract this in the first place? Some CA declared on Hello Peter, that my case has been resolved, which isnt the case at all! I am still waiting! Sipho gave me his e-mail, but it doesnt work. Personally I have made about 20 telephone calls to resolve this! Is Cell C also going to refund me for this, for their poor service? As mentioned before, I am over 15 years with Vodacom and never ever had one days trouble with them! Cell C is very quick to take your money, but o, so slow to refund! When you phone, one speaks to many agents, but no active help at all! Well, I am still waiting for my R43.93, wonder if this is going to take another 2 months!
