Contract not legitimate - not what I asked fo

I have reported this matter on hello Peter now for the 3rd time and still NOTHING has been done. I am still waiting for a copy of the contract signed by myself as I was never given a copy. I am disputing that I signed for an open line and R4000 was taken off my account which is incorrect as I asked for a top up contract and not an open line. I have been trying for more than 4 months to get cell C to sort this out all I get are empty promises. Please DO NOT join Cell C they may be cheaper on their call charges but I have seen several complaints similar to mine it seems they can change your contract at will and debit your account as they please and there is nothing you can do about it. Very frustrated as Cell C Managers are not available to the you are at the mercy of call centre agents who can not make decisions. I have been with MTN for several years never had a problem like this
