Paid But No Airtime

I bought airtime via Nedbank EFT on Sunday and normally it reflects almost immediately on my 8ta account to be used as a data bundle. This time however, the money came off of my account but did not show on 8ta. I thought I had done something wrong and tried again. Again the money is subtracted from my account but no airtime to show for it. The clincher is that a week and many, many phone calls later, I'm still at a loss.

I've sent the proof of payments in PDF format which weren't good enough, they needed it sent directly from internet banking to [Email Removed] which I did. Now every time I phone, they keep telling me the same thing, that I should log in to internet banking and send the proof of payments from there and I keep saying that I've done that and this goes on and on.. the latest is that they say the case is closed, but where is my airtime or my money back?! Rather my money back because I will never use them again.

I'm beginning to think they just took my money and hope I won't say anything? Where is our consumer rights? Who do I speak to?
