Data issue

Hi

I have a line on my moms name, she called in years ago to get proxy for me on my line. This still hasnt been done. I bought a data bundle but it keeps on deducting from my airtime and not data. I cant even phone and get info because proxy does not show on your system

Please sort both issues out asap
