I had made arrangements to pay an overdue account manually, wanting to pay on and a half the normal monthly instalment. The consultant at the time informed me that she will not be able to log a payment of more than the normal monthly instalment for debit order and told me that she had cancelled the debit orders for the current month and I would have to make a manual payment which I did as agreed, but the error on Vodacom's side somehow caused the debit order to run an additional 3 times. Now all my other debit orders are failing due to Vodacom and they just shrug their shoulders at the problem and say someone will MAYBE phone me by Tuesday, in the mean time I incur costs at the bank AND the other places that needs to take debit orders from my account!! I would like to have the matter seen to and my query resolved a.s.a.p.
