To whom that this may concern

I am so fed up with telkoms service that I am gong to cancell everything on Monday and go to Mweb whom I am sure will be more helpful.

My problem first started when I applied for a line and they sent through a technician with no modem router, then after a couple of days I received the router. After that I asked them to reactivate my domain and tht took two weeks and when it was activated they took time to send me details of the domain so that I can set up on my outlook. After I received the details they did not work and when I tried to contact the call centre was constantly on hold with no assistance. We as clients are not technicians or computer geeks and should be assisted step by step to make sure that we are happy with the service that telkom is provinding.
