Deleting number if account not paid in 2 months

Hi all, I am not the type of person that complains, but really the way Vodacom handles their accounts is ridiculous. Although I understand there are contracts, deleting a number if the account was not paid in two months is beyond unacceptable. I have been a client of Vodacom for 10 years and more importantly a Talk 500 customer for 5 or more years. I have personally contributed significantly on Vodacom's turnover and then when I have a small cash flow issue for a short period, they DELETE my numbers. Now I have to re activate my sim card, pay reconnection fees and I don't know what else while holding me to the contract value without having the service. Honestly, bad service and extreme frustration is the to point of discussion when dealing with them and not to mention dropping calls. I am at my wits end.
