No feedback on incorrect amnt debitted since 06Aug

I have 2 top up contracts which means that my debit order should be the same every month but last month it was more than usual, so i contacted our on site MTN office and the guy Cealan logged a qquery for me on the 07 Aug, I have not received any feedback from this query, Cealan has forwarded me the follow up e-mais but still no respponse... SO ARE YOU JUST GOING TO DEBIT ME RANDOM AMOUNTS AND NOT SUPPLY ANSWERS FOR THAT???
