They break contract agreements & no feedback

Africa Bank looked like the best option for a personal loan. I sign the contract. After a few month they come back to me with a new agreement with lower instalment. Which was signed to go off by debit order. Since then problems just did not stop. They do not take the debit order and call you very rude telling why did you not pay. You tell them well its on debit order and still its you fault and you get blamed for the hole mess. Then after that they starting taking the incorrect amounts and even on any date. When I contacted them and asked for the money back as they can have it as per arrangement they say they will pay you back but they never do. You waste time and money calling them but they never stick to what they say. Empty is all they give you. After a month has passed they take the debit order again, yet still no reply from a month ago. Then again the take different amounts as what was requested and again I call the call centre and hold on for a long time and then the called gets dropped. What kind of service is this. I have never been so disgusted in a company which promotes such good client service on all there adds. They and do not follow contracts... disgusted!
